Drs. Charlie and Lori Hallquist co-founded the Center for Enzyme Therapy, Oswego Center for Natural Health, and Enzyme Research Products in Lake Oswego, Oregon. They developed scientifically formulated enzyme products for use in therapeutic and functional enzyme therapy. They taught workshops throughout the United States, Canada, England and Singapore to chiropractors, medical doctors, naturopaths, allopaths, nutritionists, acupuncturists, and dentists. Dr. Charlie passed away April 15, 2006 and is greatly missed by all who knew him. Dr. Lori is continuing their legacy by formulating new products, teaching, training, attending conventions and expanding the business to better facilitate customer support, knowledge and service.

The Oswego Center for Natural Health, her clinic in Lake Oswego, Oregon,  provides functional nutrition. The center’s main goal is to assist the client in getting his or her body into balance through digestion, absorption and elimination. A large number of case studies generated by this working clinic have provided extensive research data for the development of new products.
