Drs. Charlie and Lori Hallquist cofounded Enzyme Research Products® in 1994, by formulating their own specialized plant enzymes. Dr. Charlie Hallquist passed away in April 2006, and is greatly missed by all who knew him. Dr. Lori is continuing their legacy by formulating enzyme products, teaching, training and attending conventions.

The Oswego Center for Natural Health, their clinic, provides functional nutrition and is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The main goal in the center is to assist clients to take responsibility for their own health by getting their bodies into balance through digestion, absorption, and elimination with enzyme therapy and nutritional counseling. The large number of case studies generated by this working clinic has provided extensive research data for the development of new products. These studies provide health care practitioners with information on therapeutic enzyme therapy.
